First of all, I’m sorry that you were offended by Niznik’s blog. That being said, his blog is personal, and unrelated to Winder Binder Gallery of Folk Art. Second I’d like to mention that the print was produced six months prior to his blog entry, and he was last years featured artist. Winder Binder’s several art show events throughout the year support the VSA (Very Special Artists) of Tennessee by providing free booths and support.
I’m sorry that you’ll miss out on the opportunity to particiapte and support other artists in our shows. While I understand that you must stand up for your beliefs, I think you’re missing the chance to be a part of something that is working toward a greater good, and you shouldn’t let the opinions of ONE artist discourage your patronage…
